All patients are required to have a valid payment card on file. This card will be charged after each session. A receipt will be emailed to the email address on the patient’s file.
To maintain efficient scheduling and availability for all our patients, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, a full fee will be charged, except in exceptional circumstances such as a major accident or bereavement. We appreciate your understanding.

A payment receipt will be emailed at the end of each session for you to use as proof of payment for your claim.
