Practitioners wear personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This includes a face mask, gloves, an apron and eye protection (for aerosol-generating procedures).
You will be asked to disinfect your hands on arrival and will be provided with a face mask to wear throughout the consultation (unless you have a legal exemption). Please watch the videos below about correct hand disinfection techniques and safely putting on and taking off surgical masks.
Extra time is allowed between each appointment for thorough disinfection and ventilation of the treatment room.
All linen has been removed to reduce the risk of the spread of infection. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that can be easily rolled up. For some treatments, you may need to undress to your undergarments, so you might want to wear sports or swimming style underwear to feel more comfortable.
When you arrive, please do not enter the clinic; wait outside, and we will come out and invite you in when we have completed the disinfection process.
For patients who are unable to attend in person, we now offer Telehealth (virtual) appointments, during which we will teach you simple self-treatment techniques to manage your symptoms. Please get in touch with us if this is something you are interested in.
To reduce the need for handling cash or cards, patients are asked to pre-pay online or over the phone before or soon after each appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
We are pre-screening all patients before each appointment. Those patients who have COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with someone positive for COVID-19 or who need to self-isolate will be asked to postpone their appointment.
We haven’t had any outbreaks of COVID-19 at the clinic. We will continue to use the highest level of infection control measures as we have done throughout this pandemic.
All our staff are vaccinated against COVID-19.
We offer virtual appointments during which we can teach you some simple self-help techniques to relieve pain, improve sleep, reduce stress and other symptoms. If you are interested, please email us requesting a virtual appointment.

Alternatively, you may wash your hands with soap and water.
